Second Announcement

The Institute of Mathematics of Eötvös University Budapest is
organizing a one-week long summer school in mathematics between June 23
(Monday) and June 27 (Friday) for undergraduate and graduate students.
There will be 7 mini-courses (2 x 90 minutes each) with various topics
from discrete mathematics. Here is the list of lectures:

1) Kristóf Bérczi: Arborescence packing and its applications

2) Tamás Héger and Péter Sziklai: Linear algebraic methods in graph theory

3) Tibor Jordán: Combinatorial rigidity: graphs and matroids in the theory
of rigid frameworks

4) Gyula Károlyi: Combinatorial Nullstellensatz with applications

5) György Kiss: Finite geometries: from definitions to applications

6) Márton Naszódi: Probabilistic methods in discrete geometry

7) Dömötör Pálvölgyi: Geometric algorithms.

The lecturers will hand out exercises during their minicourses. For
