[DMANET] SIROCCO 2021 - deadline extension

Dear all,

due to several requests as well as due to Thanksgiving, we have
extended the submission deadline for SIROCCO 2021.

More precisely, we will have an abstract deadline this week, and a
submission deadline next week:

Abstract registration: 26 November 2020, AoE
Submission deadline: 4 December 2020, AoE
