The 2023 IFIP Performance conference<https://performance2023.sciencesconf.org/> will be held in the downtown Chicago campus of Northwestern University on November 13-17, 2023. We solicit research papers on all aspects of design, control, mathematical modeling, simulation, and measurement techniques for computer systems and communication networks. Please note the new deadlines for abstract registration and paper submission.

* Two submission categories: Regular (20 pages) and Short (10 pages) papers
* Accepted regular papers will be published in a special issue of Performance Evaluation (PEVA)<https://www.journals.elsevier.com/performance-evaluation>. Additionally, an extended abstract will be published in a special issue of the ACM Performance Evaluation Review (PER)<https://dl.acm.org/newsletter/sigmetrics>.
* Authors of regular papers may opt-out of publication in PEVA, as well opt to fast track to other journals (ACM ToMPECS, QUESTA, Stochastic Systems, Stochastic Models).
* Accepted short papers will be published in a special issue of the ACM Performance Evaluation Review (PER)<https://dl.acm.org/newsletter/sigmetrics>.
