[DMANET] OJMO call for papers

Dear fellow optimizers,

We wish you a happy 2024 and we would like to take this opportunity to share with you the fourth volume of the Open Journal of Mathematical Optimization, a free open access journal in mathematical optimization, handled by the Mersenne center:

https://ojmo.centre-mersenne.org/volume/OJMO_2023__4_/

During its 4 years of existence, OJMO has maintained a consistent stream of high-quality publications, and it has recently launched a short paper track to offer a alternative way to publish quickly significant and concise results. Of course, the journal's long-term success will depend on the support of the optimization community, so to support fair and open access publishing in Mathematical Optimization, do not hesitate to submit your next best work to OJMO!

Last but not least:
- OJMO welcomes extended versions of conference papers
- It may not be too late to submit to the SI on "Optimization at the second level". Please contact the editors if you are interested, Christoph Buchheim, Ted Ralphs, and Shimrit Stern, more details are provided here: https://seafile.lirmm.fr/f/795fd4a7fd7f4660ab16/?dl=1

With our kindest regards,

The editorial board of OJMO
