Dear Colleagues,

A 2-year Postdoctoral Research Position is now open in connection to the EPSRC project 'Algebraic spline geometry: towards algorithmic shape representation<https://sites.google.com/view/algebraic-spline-geometry>' led by Dr. Nelly Villamizar at the Department of Mathematics in Swansea University.

The overarching aim of the project is to develop research at the interface between algebraic geometry, combinatorics, and splines leading to novel approximation methods for representing shapes with complex topology.

The post is available from September 1st, 2021.
