[DMANET] Postdoc posotion in Theoretical Computer Science

A postdoc position in computer science is available in the Algorithmic
Data Analysis group led by Prof. Dr. Christian Sohler in the
department of mathematics/computer science at University of Cologne.

YOUR TASKS

The successful candidate will contribute to research and teaching in
the area of theoretical computer science, algorithms and data
structures or algorithmic data analysis. There is a possibiliity for
interdisciplinary research.

YOUR PROFILE

The successful candidate has a strong background in research related
to theoretical computer science, algorithms and data structures or
algorithmic questions in machine learning. The candidate has published
in leading international conferences and/or journals and has a
doctoral degree in computer science, mathematics or a related area.

The position is available from 01.10.2022 on a full-time basis (39,83
hours per week). It is initially limited until 30.09.2025. If the
applicant meets the relevant wage requirements and personal
qualifications, the salary is based on remuneration group 13 TV-L of
the pay scale for the German public sector.
