journal: quantum computing, accepting submissions at the intersection
of quantum computing and operations research. All high-quality
research works that study the use of OR techniques for problems
arising in the design and operation of quantum computers and those
that study the development of OR techniques that benefit from the QC
paradigm (e.g., quantum algorithms for opti-mization, Monte Carlo
simulation, game theory, learning and analytics) will be considered
for publication in this area of the journal. This includes
theoretical, computational, and experimental work. All submissions
will undergo a rigorous reviewing process, as is usual for the INFORMS
Journal on Computing.
A note regarding the new area, as well as the full editorial
statement, are available in the following open-access document:
https://pubsonline.informs.org/doi/epdf/10.1287/ijoc.2025.qcintro.v37.n5
The journal is looking forward to receiving submissions to this (and
other) areas!
