Call for Registration and Abstract
*3rd AIROYoung Workshop + PhD School *
*on "Advanced Methods in Optimization and Data Science"*

Dear colleagues,
we are pleased to announce that the *registration* to the 3rd AIROYoung
Workshop + PhD School *is now open!*
With this call we furthermore invite all AIROYoung members, PhD students in
Operations Research and related topics, early-stage Researchers (PhD degree
<= 5years) or anyone with a strong interest in OR (<=35years old) *to
submit Abstracts* on novel contributions in the field of *"Advanced Methods
in Optimization and Data Science"* to be presented during the Workshop
session of the event.
\ REGISTRATION
The participation to both the 3rd AIROYoung Workshop and the PhD
School are *free
of charge for a maximum of 50 participants*.
Please use the form on the event website <https://workshop.airoyoung.org/> to
proceed with the registration. You will be asked to provide some general
information, your intention of giving a talk in the Workshop session and
your willingness to participate to social activities. Confirmation of the
registration will be notified by email.
\ ACCOMODATION AND GRANTS
Thanks to the financial support offered by AIRO
<http://www.airo.org/index.php/it/> and our sponsors we are able to provide *a
limited number of GRANTS* to cover accommodation expenses for the entire
event. The Grants will be given on a first-come first-served basis to
AIROYoung members that have successfully completed the event registration.
Awarded participants will be contacted by email. To become an AIROYoung
member please write to airo.young.researchers@gmail.com.
The hosting structure will be La Foresteria Sapienza

further suggested accommodation structures will be soon provided on the
conference website.

Abstracts (maximum one page - renamed as SURNAME_NAME_AYWORKSHOP.pdf/docx)
must be sent *by the 15th February 2019* to airo.young.researchers@gmail.com
with *"Abstract submission AYWorkshop"* as email's subject. The acceptance
of the Abstract will be notified to the author by email in the following
days.
