[DMANET] PhD position in Graph Theory in Linköping

The research group in Graph Theory at Linköping University (LiU) is offering a PhD position within the project "Graph coloring and communication networks". The PhD student should carry out research in the area of graph coloring models with applications in frequency assignment problems arising in communication networks, under the supervision of Carl Johan Casselgren and Danyo Danev.

The position is for 5 years (including 20% teaching) with a salary of approximately 33 000 € per year and additional budget for conferences. We are seeking a PhD student with an excellent track record in mathematics, computer science or a related discipline. Solid knowledge of discrete mathematics is required, and excellent programming skills are desirable.
