VISA REQUIREMENTS
----------------

Due to the immigration policy of the Japanese government, every foreign participant is required to acquire a visa, by submitting the following material to the participants' local Japanese Embassy:
1. Certificate of ERFS registration, issued by the GD organizer (see below)
2. Valid passport and photo
3. Visa application form to enter Japan (https://www.mofa.go.jp/mofaj/files/000124525.pdf)
4. Extra documents, only for participants from specific countries.

The extra documents (item 4) should not be needed for countries in EU/UK/US/Australia, but please verify this information with your local Japanese Embassy.
