[DMANET] Postdoctoral and PhD Position at INESC-ID Lisbon (EU SparCity Project)

Join the research team of Leonel Sousa and Aleksandar Ilic within the EU-HPC SparCity Project <http://sparcity.eu/ >, a forward-looking project with a significant contribution to building Europe's strengths in the application of HPC and related software tools.

These positions aim at investigating efficient algorithms and accelerators for optimising performance and energy efficiency of emerging HPC systems. Special emphasis is given to sparse matrix, tensor and graph computations, while also opening up new application areas in data analytics and deep learning.

The positions are open in the scope of the European Project SparCity (Euro-HPC project No 956213). Opportunities for performing high quality research, as part of a well-known and highly motivated consortium of international researchers and students. Possibilities to collaborate with international industry and academic partners, and perform research visits to other universities or labs.

This positions are full time and extendable until 31st of March 2024. Application deadline: September 9, 2022.
