[DMANET] CSR 2015: Call for Participation

Please find below the Call for Participation for CSR-2015.

If you need a visa to come to Russia (most nationalities do need it!),
please register and ask for the official invitation *NOW*
to be on time with the official papers.
It is recommended to do it before April 17.
In any case, please do it before the early registration deadline May 10.

CALL FOR PARTICIPATION - CSR 2015

9th International Computer Science Symposium in Russia
July 13-17, 2015, Listvyanka (Lake Baikal), Russia

PROGRAM. The conference program features

* Distinguished opening lecture:
- Moshe Vardi. A Theory of Regular Queries.

* Three invited talks:
- Samuel R. Buss.
- Phokion Kolaitis.
- Vladimir Podolskii.

* 25 contributed talks.

VENUE. The meeting will be held in Listvyanka, Irkutsk region, near the lake Baikal.
Lectures will take place in the hotel Krestovaya Pad, which is
one of the largest hotels in Listvyanka. It is situated in a quiet place
near a forest in 200 meters from the lake. It offers comfortable rooms
in wooden cottages and several restaurants. The organizing committee
booked a bunch of rooms in it. If you want to book one (in particular,
share a room with another participant), please indicate this in the registration form.

TRANSPORTATION. Listvyanka is 70 km away from Irkutsk airport.
We will organize transfers from this airport to the conference site
and back (included in the registration fee) for the conference dates.
Another possible way of transfer from the conference site back to Irkutsk
is a tour on Circum-Baikal historical railway (not included in the fee).
It will take the whole day, something like 09:00-22:30, and you will see
a lot of natural beauties and engineering constructions of the early XXth century.

REGISTRATION. Please register at the conference web site.
The early registration deadline is May 10.

VISAS. If you need an official visa support letter (an official invitation)
from the organizing committee to apply for Russian visa (most nationalities do need it!),
please register and fill in the corresponding visa form.
Even if you do not need the visa, please check what documentation will you need
at the border (it may happen that a hotel voucher or the invitation letter
or medical insurance may be needed).
