As part of the AMSI Optimise 2019 program, BHP and the Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute (AMSI) will be holding a joint Business Breakfast. The networking breakfast will be opened by Gaurav Singh, Manager, Operations Research at BHP and will include a panel discussion facilitated by Dr Liz Dallimore on the 'challenges of attracting maths and related discipline graduates and professionals into the mining, oil and gas, agriculture and water sectors in a competitive labour market.'
