'Visual Computing for Industry, Biomedicine, and Art'
is currently preparing a Thematic Series entitled
"Applications of Graph Theory in Bioinformatics".
As the Guest Editor, I would like to invite you to submit your latest
research in all areas of applying graph-theoretic concepts in
Bioinformatics to this issue. The complete Call for Papers can be
found at
https://resource-cms.springernature.com/springer-cms/rest/v1/content/16647764/data/v1
The submission deadline is 30 September 2019. The Thematic Series
includes e.g. such subjects like Genomics, Genome sequencing, Genetics
and population analytics, Gene expression, Graph algorithms in
bioinformatics,
Graph-theoretic models, Mathematical modelling, Biological networks,
Protein structure and interactions, Structural bioinformatics,
Molecular graphs, Data visualisation.
Prospective authors are invited to prepare and submit manuscripts
following the instructions at:
https://vciba.springeropen.com/submission-guidelines
The complete manuscript should be submitted through:
