Two postdoctoral positions are advertised at the Institute of Computer
Science of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague, Czech republic.
Both the duration and starting date are negotiable (default starting
date is May 2020, and duration of contract is until the end of 2021
with possible extension until the end of 2022). Successful candidates
will join the Combinatorial Group (http://uivty.cs.cas.cz/ExtrA/) and
will work on the Czech Science Foundation junior project Random
Discrete Structures (principal investigator Matas Sileikis). We
welcome applicants with PhD or close to finishing their PhD with
research background in discrete mathematics, probability, theoretical
computer science, and statistical physics.
