SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT AND CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

We are delighted to invite you to take part in the EURO 2025 Conference, to be held in Leeds, United Kingdom, from June 22 to 25, 2025.


The Programme and Organising Committees, chaired by Rita D'Ecclesia, Julia Bennell, and Sajid Siraj, are working hard to craft an unforgettable scientific experience. This will be the 34 th EURO Conference, offering an excellent opportunity for the OR community to reunite in a vibrant setting. Visiting Leeds offers a rich and diverse experience. The city is known for its vibrant arts scene, historic architecture, and excellent shopping opportunities. It also boasts world-class museums, a thriving food scene, expansive green spaces, and a strong sports culture.

The scientific program will feature outstanding plenary and keynote talks. Additionally, special roundtable sessions will be dedicated to the EURO Forums.

IMPORTANT DATES


* Abstract submission deadline: March 8, 2025
* Early registration deadline: March 30, 2025
* Author registration and payment deadline: April 20, 2025

REGISTRATION FEES


* Regular: £400.00 (early), £520.00 (standard)
* Student/Retired: £200.00 (early), £260.00 (standard)
* Accompanying persons: £150.00

The registration fee for all delegates includes:

* Tea, coffee, and lunches throughout the conference
* Admission to the Welcome Reception on Sunday
* Admission to the Evening Event on Monday
* Admission to the Farewell Party on Wednesday

The registration fee for regular/student delegates also includes:

* Admission to all sessions and the exhibition
* Conference materials

Note that the Conference Gala Dinner on Tuesday is not included in the registration fee.
