These are fixed term, full time appointments from September 2025 for 2 years.
The Department of Mathematics at LSE seeks to appoint 2 LSE Fellows with expertise in a subject area related to the Mathematics of Operations Research.
You will contribute to the intellectual life of the School through conducting and publishing outstanding quality research, engaging in high quality teaching as instructed by the Head of Department, and participating in the School and wider Department activities.
Candidates should have:
* Completed, or be close to completing, a PhD related to Mathematical Operations Research by the post start date.
* A developing research record in Mathematical Operations Research and a clear and viable strategy for future research.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* The ability to work in close partnership with fellow teachers, including on a one-on-one basis and in small groups, and to provide effective support, as necessary.
