[DMANET] MARBLE 2025 Call for Papers

MARBLE is a conference series which aims to provide a high-profile platform
for mathematicians, computer scientists and economists from both academia
and industry to present latest advances and innovations in key theories and
models of blockchain. The previous editions of the conference were held in
Santorini in May 2019, online in 2021,in Vilamoura in July 2022, in London
in July 2023, and in Malaga in July 2024.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Cryptoeconomics/token economics
Economic modelling of cryptocurrency systems
Game-theoretic analysis
Decentralised finance
Stablecoins
Consensus mechanism design
Distributed Applications (DApps)
Market mechanism analysis and incentive design
Analysis of mining algorithms and strategies
Price variation prediction and trading strategies
Novel indices for digital assets
Consensus protocol security analysis
Mathematical modelling of network attacks
Verification of smart contracts
Measures of blockchain health
Government policy related to blockchain economics

**Venue**

The conference will be held at the Amalia Hotel in Athens, Greece between
Tuesday, 1 and Thursday, 3 July 2025.

**Submission Guidelines**

MARBLE adopts a double-anonymous reviewing policy, i.e., all submissions
must be anonymized and may not contain any identifying information of the
authors. Submitted papers must be original and contain work that has not
been published before or is under review elsewhere.

Accepted papers will be published by Springer Nature as part of the
Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics book series (SPBE). The
conference will accept novel research papers, systemization of knowledge
(SoK) or review papers and short papers. Full paper submissions of up to 16
pages and short paper submissions of up to 8 pages (including references)
should be prepared according to the guidelines. Appendices are allowed, but
will be considered at the reviewer's discretion.

If they wish, authors of accepted papers will also have the option to
publish only a one-page abstract of the paper in the conference
proceedings, along with a URL pointing to the full paper. Authors should
guarantee the link to be reliable for at least two years. One-page
abstracts will not be eligible for the best paper awards.
