[DMANET] Postdoctoral position in Edinburgh

Applications are invited for a 3-year postdoctoral position on Spectral Alg=
orithms at the University of Edinburgh.=20=20

The position is funded by the =C2=A31.5M EPSRC Fellowship of He Sun on =E2=
=80=9CEfficient Spectral Algorithms for Massive and Dynamic Graphs". This f=
ellowship aims at advancing our understanding of fundamental spectral techn=
iques, investigating new spectral algorithms for fundamental graph problems=
, as well as implementing and evaluating these algorithms on large-scale da=
ta sets.

This post will involve working on graph sparsification and their applicatio=
ns, and will be a member of the Laboratory for Foundations of Computer Scie=
nce (LFCS) at Edinburgh. There will be opportunities to take responsibility=
for supervising PhD students and collaborating with the project partners o=
n related research problems, all within the freedom of an academic research=
environment. In addition, the post will receive support for travel and col=
laborating with other researchers.
