*Submission Guidelines*

- Authors must submit original, unpublished papers in English. Technical
papers should follow the IEEE 2-column format, with page limits as follows:
8 pages for full papers, 4 pages for short papers, and 12 pages for
Systemisation of Knowledge (SoK) papers (excluding references).
- Manuscript templates are available on IEEE Manuscript Templates for
Conference Proceedings (
https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
- Papers must be submitted as PDF files through Microsoft's Conference
Management Toolkit (CMT)
https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IEEEICDLT2025/.
- All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review with a
rebuttal period. Papers must be anonymized by removing all identifying
information, including names, affiliations, self-citations,
acknowledgments, and funding sources.
- IEEE AI Guidelines: Submissions must comply with IEEE guidelines for
Artificial Intelligence (AI;
https://conferences.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/author-ethics/guidelines-and-policies/submission-policies/),
ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical use of AI-generated
content.
