The Foundations of Mobile Computing workshop (FOMC) is being held this
summer in conjunction with PODC 2012 in Madeira, Portugal.

Here are three reasons why you should register today:


(1) With the rise of portable devices and new wireless standards, mobile
computing is one of the fastest growing areas of computer science. With
this in mind, we built our program around a simple goal: to help
participants come away with theory problems that are NEW, EXCITING, and
IMPORTANT to practitioners in this area.

(2) If you're already coming to PODC, the workshop provides an excuse to
spend another day in sunny Madeira.
