Dear colleagues,
We cordially invite you to attend OR 2013, the International Conference on Operations Research organized by the German and Dutch OR societies. The conference will be held in Rotterdam on September 3-6, 2013. Under the theme "Impact on People, Business and Society" this conference intends to be a forum for researchers and practitioners to discuss the latest OR developments.
Program
--------------
The program committee is preparing an exciting program, with keynote speakers form both academia and practice. We are glad to already to confirm the participation of the following plenary speakers.
Alexander Rinooy Kan (University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands)
Steve Sashihara (Princeton Consultants, USA)
In addition, there will be 12 semi-plenary speakers and 18 streams covering all areas of OR.
Awards
------------
Besides the regular awards offered by the German OR society, two extra awards will be given to young researchers whose work had great academic or practical impact.
